Furniture deserves a second life too

Millions of pieces of office furniture are replaced every year, even though they could still be used for a long time to come.

We have created a model in which furniture is circulated, refurbished and continues to generate value over time.

Rather than selling a piece of new furniture just once, we ensure it has a long life span:

  • Optimised purchasing

    New or second-hand furniture purchased at between 30% and 50% of its resale value

  • Rental for businesses

    A net rental yield of around 25%. The purchase cost is recouped from the very first cycle.

  • Refurbishment

    The furniture is refurbished and then re-let. Each new cycle increases the profit margin per asset.

  • Resale

    After being rented out several times, the furniture is resold via our e-commerce platform to both B2B and B2C customers.

Who can invest?

Any individual or company wishing to invest from €1,000, regardless of location. Investment is only possible in euros.

What is the minimum investment amount?

€1,000.

In practical terms, what am I buying when I invest?

You are purchasing shares in Enky Stocks, a dedicated legal vehicle that brings together all investors and itself holds shares in the parent company, Enky SRL. You therefore become an indirect shareholder in Enky through this structure.

€1 invested in Enky Stocks is equivalent to €1 invested in Enky SRL.

This is a standard structuring arrangement used to consolidate investors and simplify relationship management.

Has Enky raised funding before? At what valuation? How has it progressed?

Enky has previously raised €2.5M, including €1M in its last round (late 2024) at a valuation of €15M. The current round is being carried out at a pre-money valuation of €30M, representing a ×2 increase in under 18 months. 100% of Enky SRL shareholders (including Enky Stocks) hold the same class of shares and the same rights.

How and when can I get my money back?

Three scenarios are possible.

  • The first: at each funding round, Enky will offer a share buyback programme. You will therefore have the opportunity to sell all or part of your shares at a slightly discounted price (subject to the round closing successfully).
  • The second: sell your shares to another investor via our platform, we are developing this secondary market between investors (expected in 2027).
  • The third: upon a sale or stock market flotation of the company (longer term).
