A four-seat meeting room you can take with you

The Space L Meeting is the four-person variant of Mute's premium Space L series, designed for the kind of conversations that traditionally require a closed conference room: client meetings, workshops, interviews and team reviews. It shares its 2200 × 1300 × 2247 mm shell with the Double, but rearranges the interior around two facing sofas and a sliding tabletop that makes entry and exit effortless even when the pod is full.

Acoustic performance is identical to the rest of the Space L line: Class A speech attenuation under ISO 23351, with sound insulation rising from roughly 26 dB at low frequencies to around 46 dB at high frequencies. The wall construction layers plywood, isolating and absorbing materials, an additional vapour-control layer, painted metal panels, soundproof glass and a felt interior — the same multilayer recipe developed by Mute's acoustics, technology and design departments, and proven enough that Space pods are specified in environments as loud as railway stations and airports.

Standard equipment includes a silent ventilation system, LED lighting, an occupancy sensor, electric sockets, hooks and the sliding sofa table. The optional list is generous: USB A+C twin charging ports, a built-in phone induction charger, LAN, a control panel for ventilation and light, a monitor arm, casters for full mobility, and lateral USB table lights. Sofa fabrics are specified from Camira Synergy or Kvadrat Remix3 ranges, with seventy-plus colour options between them.

The Space L Meeting weighs 725 kg, ships in protective wooden cases and is typically assembled by two people in around three hours. The same wide finish palette is available as on the Double, including the full Ultra Matt range, custom RAL and a whiteboard-paint option for the external walls — turning the pod itself into a working surface.
