Bringing flow into the Konbini Workspace

Konbini is a Paris-based media and culture company with a team of over 150 people, operating at the intersection of content, audience, and constant movement. When they moved into a new office, the challenge was not just logistical. It was a question of rhythm.

A workspace built for momentum, not just occupation

Enky structured Konbini's Paris office around movement and adaptability across three floors, furnishing an open space for over 150 people alongside dedicated rooms and focus zones.

The open floor was built on a scalable bench and desk system that supports team density without visual overload. Two 12-person meeting rooms anchor editorial alignment. Six acoustic pods, five solo and one two-person, create enclosed spaces for calls, interviews, and focused work within an otherwise open environment. Upholstered conference tables give collaborative zones the structure a media team needs without slowing them down. Ergonomic task chairs from a premium manufacturer sit alongside the core desking, a deliberate choice to invest in comfort where the team spends most of their day.

Ergonomic Consistency

Konbini had eight weeks from order to installation. The timeline was tight, cash flow was a constraint, and there was no room to reconsider. The workspace had to be ready and it had to work from day one. Enky's office furniture subscription made both possible: fast enough to meet the deadline, flexible enough to remove the risk of ownership for a company operating as a tenant under a standard lease. For a 187-person Paris media company whose needs could increase, decrease, or shift location entirely, committing to large upfront capital expenditure on furniture was a risk the business did not need to take. The subscription model replaced that risk with adaptability. Furniture can be reconfigured, scaled, or refreshed as the team evolves, supporting a more sustainable approach to office design and keeping Konbini ready for whatever comes next.

The Konbini Paris office is now a workspace built for momentum: open, structured, and adaptable, ready to support the constant flow of ideas without ever getting in the way.
