By choosing Enky's furniture subscription over outright purchase, Dalenys freed up approximately €150,000 in working capital — money that stayed in the business rather than depreciating on the balance sheet. For a 170-person fintech, that is a meaningful number. But the impact went beyond finance. As companies across France face the growing challenge of drawing employees back to the office, Dalenys invested in an environment that makes the commute worth it. The circular economy approach also supports their sustainability commitments, ensuring that as the workspace evolves, nothing is simply discarded.
Dalenys now operates from one of the most distinctive finance offices in France: a workspace that accommodates 170 people every day.
Colour and character as performance tools
In collaboration with Kymono Office Design, Enky furnished the Dalenys office with a bold, multi-coloured selection drawn from a considered mix of European designers — bringing together pink and blue lounge chairs, statement sofas, high-performance work surfaces, and characterful pendant lighting to give each zone its own distinct identity within a coherent, energising whole.
