How soundproof is a pod?
No phone booth blocks every sound completely. It needs to balance acoustic privacy with ventilation, comfort, and safety.
Our range of phone booths can reduce speech by up to 30 dB, depending on the model. In practice, people outside may hear a muffled voice, not your words.
If acoustic privacy is critical for your project, we can help you choose the right model.
Do we need to do any building work?
No major building work is required.
The booth is free-standing and does not need to be built into your office. You simply need a standard electrical socket within 2 metres of the booth.
Before installation, we will confirm the requirements for your chosen model and check that access to your space is suitable.
How long does installation take?
It depends on the model and your space.Delivery and installation are included with your Enky subscription, so you do not need to organise the process yourself.We coordinate the installation and make sure everything is ready to use.
What if something breaks?
We take care of it.
Maintenance is included throughout your subscription. If something needs repairing as part of normal use, contact us and we will organise the next steps.
No need to find a technician or deal with unexpected maintenance costs.
What happens at the end of the subscription?
When your subscription ends, you do not have to deal with furniture you no longer need.
Depending on your agreement, you may be able to extend your subscription, return the booth or purchase it.
If you return it, we collect the booth and give it a second life.

What is the delivery time?
Typically 4 to 8 weeks. Second-hand items are ready within 4 weeks; new items or personalisation of items are made to order within 6 to 8 weeks.
