Oneder is a London-based coworking and serviced office operator with a 30,000 sq ft site in White City, West London. When they took on the building, the desks and task chairs came with it. What they needed was everything else: 5,000 sq ft of shared amenity space furnished to a standard that would make the site worth choosing, without a heavy capital commitment.

Making a coworking space worth choosing

Enky furnished Oneder's White City amenity zones on a 60-month subscription, drawing from a considered mix of European designers to create a space that feels premium without feeling corporate. A burnt orange accent runs through the site from meeting room tables to the lounge rug and coworking floor tray tables. Restrained enough to feel designed, consistent enough to give the whole site a single identity. Eight-person meeting rooms are anchored by power-integrated tables in the site's signature orange, paired with upholstered tub chairs that sit closer to a private members club than a hired boardroom. On the coworking floor, a modular black table system spans 10 metres with integrated lighting and power, alongside high-backed single work sofas that offer acoustic privacy without enclosing the space.

The lounge brings together sculptural seating, a generous brushed steel occasional table, and a textured burnt orange rug that ties the zone together. The kitchen follows the same logic: a solid walnut dining table with matching bench, warm-toned high tables with power integration, and leather-finish counter stools.
